Driven by Story, Grounded in Strategy
Growing up in a Zapotec culture defined by its unique traditional songs and dances, I’m a lifelong devotee of music in all its forms.
As of December 2025, I hold a Master's degree in Strategic Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, where I focused on digital marketing and social media content strategy. I’m passionate about applying these skills within the entertainment and hospitality industry, helping artists, brands, and organizations tell compelling stories that resonate with their audiences.
I’m also a freelance photographer, digital content producer, and music journalist focused on telling both visual and written stories. My work spans concerts, editorial coverage, and branded content.
Before shifting fully into media and communications, I spent my undergraduate years working in the nonprofit sector, supporting initiatives centered on intersectional environmentalism and youth empowerment. That experience gave me a strong foundation in project coordination, program design, team management and narrative storytelling for social impact. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sustainability from Arizona State University in May 2023, graduating summa cum laude.
